How this page is updated

Status reviewed quarterly, in the same cycle as Coverage Games. Each review updates: (a) the "Where we are today" field for each goal, (b) the status label, and (c) a footnote when targets are revised (target dates can shift but the original commitment is preserved in the git history of this file, viewable via git log src/app/wiki/goals/page.tsx).

The next review is due Q3 2026 (September). Reviews happen even when targets are missed — if a goal is being revised down or abandoned, that's a public decision documented here rather than a silent edit.
